Hi, I was wondering how I can get the program bar at the bottom like it is shown in the screenshot. The rest of the theme is awesome but this was probably the main reason behind me downloading it.

first i wanna say hello,
then , i´ve tried a lot of the xp themes on this site , but no one works on my computer. I installed the uxthemepatcher already and nothing works. cna nobody really help me ? PLZ ANSWER ME

hi! im new here by the way I'd tried downloading the theme and already unzip it and copy the file to the theme's folder. But I cannot run it or view the theme. Is there any .theme file on the sentinel_x? What will I do on the shell folder?
