Anyone know how to fix this?

I would normally suggest that you restart / refresh your start menu, however, because it is themed, i would suggest that you got a bad copy of the theme. I would first switch back to a default XP theme, and then switch to this xbox 360 theme again and see if that resolves the issue. If not, re-download / apply the theme, and that should fix your issue. Without any other information provided, such as when this started happening, if it always is like this and such, i cannot provide more information.
