Can you give me some "Descent" Login Editors or Programs that has almost no limits
in editing your login bitmap or design. I'm a bit desperate here... my editor "Chameleon XP"
cannot stretch my wallpaper to the whole screen, i tried other ways but it just won't
let me... dang! I'd appreciate if you can help me. TY =)
