Xainab, you download the file, unzip (extract) it, and open the .theme file, and it will open your display properties tab, and it should be on themes, it will display the name of your theme, and click apply. NOTE: You MUST have Styles XP installed.

Don't have stylexp but can view it by right click in the desktop, properties, Display properties, Themes and slide down bar, choose one u like. But first download the themes u want(.zip) and extract all to folder C:\WINDOWS\Resources\Themes

Damn, nice one, it really is a beautiful looking theme. I'll be definitly downloading this one and giving it a shot, but i think it would be more eye candy then anything.
